Features of PTFE Tube/Pipe
1.Anti-corrosion in all kinds of chemicals including nitric acid & nitrohydrochloric acid.
2.Characteristics:Low friction,Virtually no lubrication requirement,Light weight,Resistant to corrosion and abrasion, Impact resistance,Stable chemical properties,Oil resistance,High temperature resistance,Low temperature resistance,water resistance and so on.
3.Working temperature:-180°C~+260°C.
4.Electric insulation;good dielectric in mediums.
5.Filled ptfe tube products(plastic tube pipe) made of high-speed mixing PTFE resin and certain filling resin
6.Soft and formable,Outstanding chemical properties etc.
Application of PTFE Tube/Pipe
1.Electrical insulation parts. ( insulation tube of cable)
2.Sealing parts,automobile parts, corrosive fluid conduit ,connector accessories.
3.Space navigation,In machinery,Civil-construction,Chemical field.
4.In lining ,sealing and lubricating material,Dielectric at any frequencies.
5.In a pipe screw thread joint.
6.Elimination of liquid or gas leak in the pipe.
7.Suitable for high temperature applications and are chemically inert and non-leaching.
8.Used as a sleeving for protecting cables,Widely used in high pressure hose applications requiring a long flex and impulse life, etc.
