• *Tape should brush across both hipbones.

• *This is the length from your hollow (the hollow just under your neck) to your heels.

• *Take the tape from your front, with bare foot.

• *You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

• *Stand straight with feet together.

• *Measure in bare feet.

• *Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.
