Product Description of Diamond Frankfurt Abrasives for marble    Diamond Frankfurt segments is intended for marble calibration to make a smooth surface. Some slab or tiles after sawn, they are not very smooth in surface, and this required calibration to make the surface smooth and ready to do grinding and polishing.    Calibration is suggested before go grinding with 60# or 80# abrasives directly. If the marble surface is not smooth, it will spend the first 2 to 3 steps of abrasives fast and commented shorter life. Diamond Frankfurt segment is an ideal calibration tools for marble calibration, because of diamond is more aggressive than silicon carbide and the life is much longer, no need to change abrasives stone frequently and save lots of labor and time.    Diamond Frankfurt segment has two major design, both segmented grinding plate, one with two big segments fasten by screw and bolts and the other is several small segments silver brazed onto steel plate.    2.
