Notice:

 A.The dress does not include any accessories such as gloves,wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat (if these accessories show on the pictures,if you want the accessories on the picture,please contact us to order them) .  

B.Color may vary between different CRT and LCD screens.We can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

C. Before ordering, please read this listing carefully and ask all your questions.  

D. All sizes taken by hand,so measurements will be 1 to 3cm difference by different way.

E.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are for the buyer's responsibility.

Please check your country's customs office to determine what kind of additional costs will be prior to buying.

F. Any changes of size/ color/ special requests are not acceptable after order placed exceeds 24 hours.If exceed 24 hours, size or color or details of your order need to be changed, please send message to us, but you need to pay handling fee, also please postpone the shipment of your order.

If the dress you order is in custom made size or color , we will not accept the return ;  all the dresses we made in 90% ~ 98% similarity with the original pictures.If you are willing real dresses 100% same as the original.   PLEASE ORDER THE DRESS WITH CAUTION.THANK YOU!

Color Mismatch: The setting of your computer screen may alter the color of pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you've received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund if possible.

Sizing Issues: As all of our dresses are measured by custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric(about 3cm) in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered:

If the size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inches,please feel free to choose from the following option:

-- you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make sdjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to $15-30 in tailoring costs. (As most of dresses are factory direct sale with free shipping) If you choose this option,please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

-- you may use our modification service free of charge, we pay shipping fees again, buyer pay return shipping cost. Usually, it will cost $30-45 for shipping fee. Details,please ask the post office.

-- you may return the dress to us to receive a full refund, returning shipping cost by buyer's expense.

Details for return to refund if dress in quality issue:

1) Products with quality problem in 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded. 

2) When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address, and order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund.

3) Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
